Everything! Excellent clean room in a nice old courtyard building in a superb neighborhood next to the Vatican and city center. Very nice breakfast with multiple options on the menue served in your room when you like by a very friendly and responsive staff. And all this for a very good price. Excellent all around!

Good breakfasts, nice and helpful personnel, superb localisation, and was close to the Vaticano and Saint Peter Square, I slept well, there were a lot of restaurants nearby with the one in the neighbouring building, a good wifi.

The place was kept very clean and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for us close enough to everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, up to half an hour's walk from the main city attractions (except the Colosseum, which requires public transport), yet in a quieter part of the city. The cleanliness of the room is taken care of every day and it is at a high level.

The System for breakfast was great. In the evening we filled out a form and left it outside our room and were served breakfast at a specified timeslot. When coming back from exploring Rome we would return to the bed being made as well which was greatly appreciated.

The staff was really nice and attentive. They were even able to speak with me in Spanish — I’m very grateful for that.

Great location, facilities that you needed, staff were very helpful and informed us of the best places to go for food, drink and sights.

Apartment was fully clean when we arrived and they would come in the apartment once a day, everyday to make the bed, clean it up and leave some fresh and clean towels. You can also choose what you want for breakfast and what time do you want to have it and they were precise and the food was delicious.

I love that it is very near a shopping area with lots of nice stores. It's also walking distance to Vatican and Il Matriciano which serves the best Amatriciana and Carbonara we have ever tried.

We also love that we were given a selection for our breakfast which is served inside the room.

The staff are also very responsive and helpful. Lorenzo gave us very good restaurant recommendations.
